Helping make a home right has always been the core of The Refreshed Home’s being, and why I’m so very pleased to introduce January’s designated charity, Hearts to Homes.

Who They Serve

Every year, almost 700 foster kids in Westchester County turn 21 and age out of the system. To help ensure a successful transition, Hearts to Homes provides core household items. Donations provide things like sheets, pillows and towels, dishes, and basic furniture so recipients can get on with the business of adulting.

Think of your first place, or the last time you moved. Maybe you couldn’t find the shower curtain…forgot the lightbulbs or hangers. Everything came to a screeching halt til these things were in place. And chances are good you never took those items for granted again. This is the good work of Hearts to Homes.

Consults for a Cause lets you help, painlessly. . Every month TRH redirects 8 hours of design and home staging consult fees to a designated local 501c3 charity.

How This Works 

Simply, hire TRH for the services you need. But instead of writing a check to The Refreshed Home, you write it to the charity. You’d get the professional service you were looking for anyway, plus a warm fuzzy feeling, and the acknowledgment for your donation.

TRH is an independent design and listing prep consultancy. We work with Westchester County builders and flippers, buyers and sellers, and those staying and improving.

Floor plans, room re-inventions, and color consults are some of our most requested services, and holiday gift certificates are available. Talk to us today if we can help.
